These terms apply to your use of luminaith.com and to projects you hire Luminaith for, unless a signed proposal or contract says otherwise. If there is a conflict, the signed proposal or contract wins.

Using this website

You may browse and share this website for lawful purposes. Content, designs and code shown on the site belong to Luminaith or its clients and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Quotes and proposals

Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% at launch. We accept PayPal, Wise and bank transfer. Care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide content, access and feedback on time, and to make sure you have the rights to any material you give us. Delivery dates move if inputs arrive late.

Ownership

When the project is paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we create for you. We may reuse general know-how and our own pre-existing tools, and third-party software stays under its own licence. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention the project in our portfolio.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and are happy to sign an NDA before a project starts.

Warranty and support

We fix defects in our work that you report within 30 days of launch at no charge. Ongoing updates, monitoring and new features are covered by a care plan or a separate quote.

Limitation of liability

We work carefully, but to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for it.

Third-party services

Projects often rely on third-party services such as hosting, CRMs, AI providers and payment gateways. Their terms, pricing and availability are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We'll always try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith first.
