How Luminaith collects, uses and protects your personal information.

This policy explains what personal information Luminaith ("we", "us") collects when you use luminaith.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. If you have questions, email contact@luminaith.com.
Who we are
Luminaith is a web and software studio run by Gazi Mohammad Yeasin in Khulna, Bangladesh. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
- Project enquiries: when you send the contact form we receive your name, email, company website, the service and budget you choose and your message.
- Call bookings: when you book a call we receive your name, email, company, website, any notes you add, the time you pick and your time zone.
- Emails: if you email us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and follow up.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may log basic information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to keep the site secure and working.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote.
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel calls and send reminders.
- To deliver and support projects you hire us for.
- To keep the website secure and fix problems.
Our legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.
Services that process data for us
- CRM: enquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) so we can reply and follow up.
- Calendar and video calls: bookings create an event in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link.
- Email delivery: booking confirmations and reminders are sent through Resend.
- Spam protection: the contact and booking forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which checks your browser and device signals to tell people from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply.
- Hosting and database: the website and booking records are hosted by our infrastructure providers.
These providers only process your information to provide their service to us. Some are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking records for up to 24 months after our last contact, and project records for as long as needed for the project, accounting and legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, the Australian Privacy Act or US state laws such as the CCPA — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict certain processing and to withdraw consent. Email contact@luminaith.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
