Our commitment: We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all paid plans. We want you to be satisfied — if you're not, tell us and we'll make it right.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. You do not need to provide a reason. Simply email support@luminaith.com with your order ID within 14 days and we will issue a full refund.

2. After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund if: the product has a critical bug that prevents its core functionality from working and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe; or the product materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for "change of mind" after 14 days
If a substantial portion of the license period has been used (over 50% of the year)
If you have violated the terms of use
For the Free plan (no payment, no refund)

4. Renewal Refunds

Annual renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@luminaith.com with: your name, email address used for purchase, order ID, and the reason for your refund request (optional). We process refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
