All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. You do not need to provide a reason. Simply email support@luminaith.com with your order ID within 14 days and we will issue a full refund.
After the 14-day window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund if: the product has a critical bug that prevents its core functionality from working and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe; or the product materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase.
Annual renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Email support@luminaith.com with: your name, email address used for purchase, order ID, and the reason for your refund request (optional). We process refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
