Short version: VibeReserve is GPL-2.0+ licensed. You can use, modify, and distribute it — but you can't resell license keys or remove our licensing system from the premium version.
1. Open Source License (GPL-2.0+)
VibeReserve is built on WordPress and is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0+). This means:
- You may use the plugin on any number of websites you own
- You may modify the source code for your own use
- You may distribute modified versions, as long as they are also GPL-2.0+ licensed
- You may not add additional restrictions beyond the GPL
2. Commercial License Keys
While the plugin code is GPL, the license key system is proprietary. A license key unlocks premium features and updates. License keys are:
- Tied to the email address used at purchase
- Valid for the number of sites specified in your plan
- Non-transferable without written consent from Luminaith
- Subject to deactivation if the terms of use are violated
3. License Plans

4. Developer / Agency Use
With an Agency license, you may install and configure VibeReserve for your clients' websites. You may not resell the plugin itself as a standalone product. You may charge for your development and configuration services.
