Intermittent delay in license validation API
Some users experienced 10–15 second delays when activating plugin licenses. Root cause was a database connection pool exhaustion on our license server. Resolved within 47 minutes by scaling the connection pool and adding an automatic retry mechanism.

Documentation site returning 502 errors
The documentation site was returning 502 Bad Gateway errors for approximately 18 minutes due to a failed CDN cache purge following a deployment. CDN configuration corrected and site restored to full operation.
